We bought our Optima in 2016, and from the minute we walked in the door until we walked out, we could not have asked for better service from the friendliest employees. The salesman didn't do any pressuring, always asked the right questions which enabled us to choose the right car for us.    We take our car in every 5000 miles for maintainence and the service and friendly employees are still number one.  Such a postitive experience.

I couldn't leave with the offer given to me. Lance Faith is a diligent sales professional. He ensured the process was beneficial and called me regularly to inform me of details. The literally drove the extra mile to get my car, but they were also willing to deliver to my home 30 minutes away. Paperwork was a relative breeze and several other sales people stepped in, on days that Lance was off work to move this sale for me. This is a Kia Team and not like my various previous car buying experiences.Though there was one salesperson that soured my mood during negotiations on my trade in, he was removed at my request. I felt the customer is always right the whole time and would recommend this dealership to others.I would give them 5 stars, if it wasn't for that one pushy salesperson, because he caused me serious concern over whether the rest of the dealership was that way too and they were acting and I found the only real person there... I think he was a lone wolf though.Put your Faith in Lance Faith though, if he can't make you happy on buying you probably don't like real people and need to buy a car online.
